A delightful experience in Munnar
Our stay in the Moonlight Bliss room was fantastic. The views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The Ayurvedic spa treatments were a highlight, especially the amazing massage and skin treatments from Dr Reju’s team.
The dining area was a bit slow to open for lunch, and I wish there were more options for evening meals, especially grilled and barbecue dishes, to enhance our culinary experience.

the views were 'nice' but certainly not stunning enough to distract from the chaos of reception calls at 11am when checkout was supposedly at 12pm. How thoughtful to keep us on our toes! and honestly, a dry hotel? Surely someone could’ve mentioned that beforehand. I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t with such lack of attention to detail.

Food quality had its ups and downs. I encountered some confusion like ordering a chicken soup and receiving vegetarian instead, which they billed me for. While there are some activities like cooking classes, outdoor excursions were affected by weather conditions, and the lack of a pool leaves the amenities feeling incomplete—especially with in-room services being pricier than expected.
